Part of me wanted to confront him and demand to know everything. While I was lying in my bed, I had even imagined what I would say. But I knew myself too well to think I would really have the guts to do it.

You can't imagine all the pain I feel. Remember that night, the one where we just sat there and talked? Well, that night I fell in love with you, and for that one night I felt like I belonged. I just thought of that night, and I realized how much I really miss you.

And I loved him, gosh how I loved him. It wasn't love of course, even I can see now that it was infatuation, but at the time it near enough killed me. It's so passionate, so intense, so painful, that even years afterward you still feel the hurt when you hear their name.

It's like once you've been hurt, you're so scared to get attached again, like you have this fear that every person you start to like is going to break your heart.

There's only so much you can do before you stop and realize it's over. The problem we have is we hate giving up. It's a sign of weakness and nobody likes to be weak; but sometimes giving up will show that you have the strength to move on. It's letting go of something when you know it's near the end.

I can't help but remember everything. I mean, you see somebody and you think about all they've ever said and done - the good and the bad. It all comes back to you, and it feels so right and hurts so bad all at once.

I really enjoy spending time with you, even if we're just going to be sitting around and talking about nothing. There are a million things I love about you, like your nose or the way you smile. The way you look me in the eye, too. And I just get the greatest feeling when I make you laugh. I feel as if my company makes you happy, and that's what I wish for you. For you to be happy. And when I see you laugh at my clumsy ways, it just makes me want to spend the rest of my life with you so I can see a smile on your face.

The hardest part of this whole situation is that neither of us knows what's going on.
Neither of us knows what each others thinking and we're both trying to make
decisions based on information we don't know. I'm scared to tell you my feelings
just in case you don't feel the same way.

If we discovered that we only have 5 minutes left to say all that
we wanted to say, every telephone booth would be occupied by people
calling other people to stammer that they loved them. so why not do it now?

in every spare second he could, but he didn't and now he's gone. But don't
you cry, sweetie. Don't call him telling him you miss him. Don't IM him, don't
message him, don't comment him, and don't talk to him in the hallways, just
pretend like you don't care, because, well, you don't. And don't be surprised
when he comes crawling back saying he made a mistake, and if you want to,
go with him again, but make him work for you. Don't be his doormat. Don't
let him the first time he rings the bell, make him come back every day until
you trust him enough. If he doesn't come back after a couple of tries, just let
him go, but if he comes back every day, then he's worth it, trust me. He's worth it.

to interest us at first sight, somehow suddenly, all at once, before a

theres only so many times you can allow someone to let you down before you cant handle the disappointment anymore. when things change people change. theres a point in life where you get tired of chasing everyone trying to fix things, but its not giving up. you've got to do what right for you even if it hurts, because in the end everyone turns out to be the person they swore theyd never become.

I'm a happy person. I swear i am. I sing in the shower.
And dance down the hallways. I laugh and giggle. I do
all the things happy people do. I just love life. But that
doesn't mean I don't miss him. It doesn't mean that I
don't wish things had ended differently. And it doesn't
